Refund Policy

  1. Refund policy at Tomorrow’s Genius:

    The refund policy at Tomorrow's Genius (TG) is contingent upon various factors outlined in this policy. if you decide not to continue, with a refundable course, you will have to request a refund in accordance with the appropriate terms and conditions. If you want to know how to receive a refund from TG, this policy will guide you about the exact procedures of applying for a refund

    • 1.1   Eligibility for Refund (Self-Funded Course Enrolment)

      Note:No refunds for Course enrolment if the customer has availed loans through finance companies.

    • 1.2  Process for Requesting a Refund

      To initiate a refund, contact customer support at 8291861946 (1:30 to 9:30 on weekdays) or the toll-free number 1800 267 2677. Send an email to support@tgcampus.com., including details like invoice number, course enrolment, and reason for the refund request. Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser.

    • 1.3  Refund Processing

      Upon receiving a refund request, it will be reviewed for eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days from approval to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

  2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
    • 2.1 Services already rendered or completed courses
    • 2.2 Products or services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase
    • 2.3 Subscription renewals, unless requested within the specified refund period.
    • 2.4 If it becomes apparent that there has been a violation of our product(s)' terms of use, your access to or subscription to any of the Product(s) will be terminated. In this case, TG Campus's decision will be final and enforceable.
  3. Changes to the Refund Policy

    TG Campus reserves the right to amend/modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is recommended to periodically review for updates.

  5. Refund Terms for the TG Campus Product(s)

    You shall not be eligible for any refunds for any purchased course(s) in the following events:

    • 5.1 If refund is requested after the Assessment/Trial period .
    • 5.2 There will be no refunds granted if the cancellation or refund request is made after the Assessment/Trial period has ended.
    • 5.3 If it becomes apparent that there has been a violation of our product(s)' terms of use, your access to or subscription to any of the Product(s) will be terminated. In this case, TG Campus's decision will be final and enforceable.
    • 5.4 If we have to stop offering the product(s) you have already purchased due to a force majeure event (such as an act of God, government regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances), we will not be responsible for a refund for the portion of the service that you have already ordered. It also means that we won't be responsible for offering any replacement services for the ones that were canceled.
  6. Mode of Refund:

    All eligible refunds will be issued by an internet transfer in Indian Rupees only to the original payment source account.

    • 6.1 Within a reasonable timeframe of 45 days following the date on which you receive a written confirmation from our end confirming the cancellation.
    • 6.2 The eligible refund amount will never be more than what you originally paid for your item.
  7. Additional Information:

    To complete the applicable refund, you will need to supply additional bank account information if the payment instrument or account used to make the initial payment is inactive or does not allow refunds. If you give us inaccurate information, we won't be held accountable or responsible for crediting your refund to the erroneous account. In the format and manner that we may specify, you must provide a declaration for the transfer of the refund to a different bank account.

  8. Follow-up:

    If you have not received your refund within the policy's allotted time, please contact us by phone at 1800 267 2677. Send us an email at support@tgcampus.com. with any additional questions/queries you may have.

  9. Follow-up:

    If you cancel the service(s) you purchased from us, the services we are scheduled to supply from the cancellation date until the service(s) are used up or expire will be regarded as cancelled services.

  10. Governing Law:

    This Refund Agreement shall he governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent court in Mumbai only, and each of the parties hereby submits irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.

Note:

  1. Course fee will be the total amount after deducting learning resources fees and registration fees from the total product cost.
  2. For payments done through instalments amount will be calculated after deducting registration fees and Learning resources fees on the actual amount paid
  3. No refunds for payments done by availing loan through finance companies.
    • You confirm and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms set out in this document and accept the same.
    • Further, you undertake not to dispute the refund terms provided under this document by TG or raise any claims beyond the scope provided under this document.

Conclusion:

We advise you to consider requesting a refund only under extraordinary circumstances. Opting out of TG Campus's premier courses results in missing a significant chance to learn from a team comprising some of the most specialized faculties. While this is the case, it doesn't exclude you from using TG Campus's Refund policy. You retain the right to request a refund if you're unhappy with the services. However, it is advised to address issues with an Academic Counsellor, explore additional classes, or enrol in a new course before considering a refund. And if you want to move on, we will provide you the adequate support.
